Egyptian Mancat Monday

Sol here.
Auntie Deb thinks I look like this old statue.
Daddy Charley calls me his Egyptian Kitty, I have really slanted eyes.
They found another old statue that looks sort of like BJ.
Or maybe it looks more like Smokey?
They made statues of us long ago cause we cats were so important.
We were worshipped and we were royalty.
They even made :: gasp :: cat mummies.
Humans were sentenced to death for hurting a cat.

Cat friends, let's not ever forget that.
(Well, maybe the mummy part.)
Sol.

  2. Sol, thanks for stopping by - actually, my eyes tend to get real big and round when I'm excited and stuff, but they're supposed to be slanted! ;-) (They look that way when I'm sleepy, though ...)
