Update Saturday A.M. KC was beginning to get sickly again, got more meds started yesterday afternoon, she has already perked up.

Tabby Toosday and a Joke!

Missy and I got a joke from a friend yesterday... 
and the kitties gave it 6 paws up!

A famous art collector is walking through the city when he notices a mangy cat lapping milk from a saucer in the doorway of a store... he does a double take. He recognizes that the saucer is extremely old and very valuable, so he walks casually into the store and offers to buy the cat for two dollars.

The store owner replies "I'm sorry, but the cat isn't for sale.

The collector says, "Please, I need a hungry cat around the house to catch mice. I'll pay you twenty dollars for that cat."

And the owner says "Sold," and hands over the cat.

The collector continues, "Hey, for the twenty bucks I wonder if you could throw in that old saucer. The cat's used to it and it'll save me from having to get a dish."

And the owner says, "Sorry buddy, but that's my lucky saucer. So far this week I've sold sixty-eight cats.

Mancat Monday - BJ

Hard to believe a few weeks ago, it was in the 20's
with a wind chill in the teens.
Like us, the kitties were not used to cold temperatures.

BJ discovered the electric warming throw and showed all the kitties.
They really enjoyed it until the cold weather ended.

My Vishus Deer-Hunting Viking Boyfriend Mancat, Jack, just posted photos of himself with his Christmas gift from me. He gets MORE handsome effurrytime I see him. ~KC

Fankful Thursday & Friday

I'm BJ ( aka Brutus Junior ) and I's so fankful for mine Bunny Kicker.

It has a circuit board print which mine Mommy ML loves.

KC here, haf asleep on tha wonnerful, warm cable box.

I love to sleep heres and be leaved alone. OK?

Shhhhh, sweet Faith Boomerang is sound asleep!

Dreaming of Billy SweetFeets, no doubt.

Are you being properly fed and your litterbox changed regularly? 

 Tell me, did they tell you anything about this “supposed” missing tail? 

Please let me know of anything that you need in order to prove your innocence.  

Actually, now that I think of it, you were with ME the WHOLE TIME!

Tortie Toosday - The Tale of The Tail

You remember the cute Black Cat Clock we got????
Originally it was for Chrystal's Auction.
I kept it and purchased another for the winner, it was too cute not to keep.
It's on the wall by my desk. 

The cats love the swinging tail that goes back and forth.

It was just too much for little Faith Boo.

She couldn't stand it any longer. She had been watching it all day long.

See, she had just detached the tail.

She figured out, in her furry little head, where the tail hooked on.

Clever tortie!

Yup, Faith, it's gone!

There it is, on the floor behind the desk. 

And that would have to be George in the upper right corner!

Funny thing, we haven't seen Clock Kitty's tail since this photo.

Oh.... this may explain things... Sol!!!

By the time I got behind the furniture, no easy task,

neither Sol nor the tail were anywhere to be found.

I'll have to write the clock manufacturer about a replacement tail.

I'm sure we're not the first to make that request.

It just gets better and better...

my phones are shut-down.

My email is carried with the phone service.

Wasn't getting much anyway due to KC & I being on "retreat",

but yesterday we received almost nothing.

Charles was working on phones all day.

The cell-phone isn't working at all.

I do feel isolated, but suppose it should help with the rest.

Yesterday I went out with some friends and
spent the time wishing I hadn't.

Hope they don't see this!!!!

Had to find a "sitter" for Daddy Charles, that seems weird.

Getting out is over-rated, just depends on who you go with.

I was lucky up till now.

KC is sickly again. I grind the pills and mix with water, syringe them down her little throat. Sweet baby. She hates it, but she'll do it.
She wants me to hold her while she sleeps.
She is a good kitty.

 We learned early this morning that our good furriend, Pablo, had gone to the bridge.
We will never, effur, furget him.

He was so much fun.

I's not sure the Bridge will be the same now.

He was the  Australian Reepurrter for the Cat Blogosphere --
I will nefur furget how happy him was tha day he gotted his reepurrter badge.

We want to fank his Mom Kate for getting Pablo and caring for him and sharing him wif all of us.

It's one of my very favorites.

Today our temperatures dropped from 71F to 39F and are still falling. 

It's very windy, a stay at home day, and these kittens are all snuggled around me.

I need all six of them to keep warm.
