Today has been great. KC is doing so much better. The antibiotic must be working. She is so lively, she has stopped panting and is breathing through a runny nose. She is wolfing down food, playing with free abandon, climbing and "flying" off anything and everything. She knows her name, KC (Kay-CEE). And she thinks Bear is her mom.
Bear is teaching young KC well. And KC is picking it all up. Life lessons, such as never eat directly from a plate! Too boring. Spread it all over the floor.
Remember the turbo scratcher, originally purchased for Missy? The one Missy used for a bed, complete with tail-holder? Well, little KC fits perfectly in the "tail-holder" part. She gets in there and runs round and round, pushing the ball in front of her.
KC has an appointment tomorrow (Friday) at 3:30 p.m. with Dr. Smith of the Houston Cat Hospital. We plan to meet Godmother Deb at the vets and go on to Petco for some wonderful toys, maybe even a climbing tree! And we promise photos this time!!!

I have to thank God that Karen C came across K.C. each time I hear such a wonderful, happy life K.C. is having and GIVING to her family!
I had one of those toys where my cat would chase the ball around...that just about gives me the concept of how teeny-tiny K.C. is!! I wish I could cuddle her!
I'd like to cuddle Missy, too...as Karen asked, how is Missy doing? It seems Bear's all set with a little feline sister to spoil!
Well, K.C. DESERVES all the spoiling and then some!
KC is welcome to join our group
Coats of Many Colors. She certainly fits the description. Go to
www.coatsofmanycolors.blogspot.com and if you do join, you'll get the group logo to put on your page.

That is too cute. Glad she is getting adjusted to her family and all are adjusting to her. She is a beautiful girl and will provide lots of love and fun for years to come.
LOL-STC(Laughing out Loud-Scared the Cat)-I laughed so loudly, Flumpy bolted upright from a sound sleepon the other desk. He gave me a FILTHY look, grumbled and left. I think it's just as well I didn't quite hear what he said.
I just can't stop laughing at the image of KC in the ball holder, pushing the ball around. That sounds like MUCH more exercise than the designer planned. Maybe she'll sleep through...oh never mind, she's too young to sleep through the night. If she did, she'd wet the bed!
I saw a picture of your NEXT DLS..teeheehee.
Please remind Missy that we all love her-it's just that babies are...babies--and they don't stay that way for long.
Hi everyone, I just got up. Haven't been sleeping much, so worried about the kitty. Today she looked so much better, I fell sound asleep, out of relief! Never intended to even take a nap!
Oh, I'm going to check out the Coat of Many Colors, sounds neat. And what an honor, I am certain little KC would love to joing. Yes, she certainly qualifies as "many colors".
Missy is doing very well. She has let Bear assume the "mommy" role while she lounges in the other room. She did come up with me during my extended rest today.
Sorry so late in visiting! Been kind of a busy day. Errands and all. So glad to see she's feeling much better! Love the picture! She fits purrfectly into the Turbo Scratcher!
Hum hum hum hum hum hum hum hum...
Ah-hah! Looks as if KC enjoys the ball-that-goes-round-and-round in the scratcher as much as Audace does. It's such a kick to watch the little ones play with that particular toy. You'd think they'd catch on -- or maybe they do, but don't care! It's just FUN!
I'm so glad she's feeling better. There's nothing like the worry about a tiny kitty to make you sleepless, that's for sure.
I say briefly: Best! Useful information. Good job guys.
