Tortie Tuesday

Here is my new pal, Momma Tortie.
Neighbors called us two nights ago as they watched her carry three tiny kittens to our porch.
This is Baby Tortie. She reminds me of KC, except she is much fatter.
She has longer fur, but has the crazy striped leg patches.

There is an adorable Baby Tuxie with the most beautiful mask.

Finally, there is a very shy black kitten with white socks.
[no photo, too shy]

Yes, I'm sure I am a legend among stray and pregnant cats in this area.
This bunch is about 4 weeks old. Their tails are still little pointy spikes. They are about the age KC was when we got her, maybe a tad younger. The Momma is refusing to nurse them, but they are eating on their own.
Please, ask around and see if anyone would like one of these kittens, or the Mites. Must find homes for them, 13 cats is a bit much.

Another momma cat finding you with kitties? They must know it is the hotel for unwed momma cats.

Oh my, they are all so beautiful! Mom says she's never had or seen a Tortie cat, except for KC and a few others on the blogosphere. We are purrring that you find homes for them all!

Just what you needed??? More cats! I hope Missy doesn't decide enough is enough and move out!
They are beautiful!
13 cats just in time for Halloween? Sounds lucky to me!

You must have a big sign in scent on your porch. I hope you can find homes for all of them. Thirteen cats for Halloween must be something special.

Yikes! 4 more? 13? The Lady was having a problem this morning with just the 5 of us running in all different directions at 100 mph. Those new ones sure are cute and fluffy!

pee ess: Have you made "adoptable" Catster profiles for any of the Mites? We did for Lucy and got a response from someone who wanted to adopt her. It was too late - Lucy had already gone to the rescue agency and they've found a home for her - but at least there was a response.
