- My Momma Cat brought me to my people and left me on their doorstep.
- Neighbors watched me fight off a big big Tom Cat that tried to eat me while I waited for my future Mommy or Daddy to come get me in the house.
- They brought me in, took me to the vet, and took care of me. Then they took me to a nice shelter where I was to find a new home. Six people tried to adopt me, but I hissed and growled and threw a fit so nobody wanted me. The shelter called the people to come get me. They did. That's how I got the name "Boomerang", cause I came back.
- I have a floofy tail that is longer than I am.
- I love Temptations and A/D stinky goodness.
- I have little tiny patches of pink on my nose.
- I love to play with my three rowdy brofurs.
- I like to jump up beside the people and talk to them, but I speak very softly.
- I love to snuggle beside KC, my tortie sisfur; I want to snuggle with Missy Blue Eyes, but she usually hisses.
- My favorite toy is the bunny kicker Auntie Deb brought me.
- I like to sleep in the sun on the windowsill.
- I haven't been fixed yet because I still have the sniffles.
- I sleep on my Mommy's pillow at night, right beside her.

Dear Faith and the rest of the amazing Sherwood Clan...please drop by when you can because I have selected an awardie for all of you cool cats!
Tortie kitties are so lovely mommy said they remind her of autumn. Maybe I will get into her inks and paint myself up a bit! But then I am a natural orange kitty so I fit the themem of the day real well!
love your Miss Peach
Faith, we enjoyed learning more about you! Your orange photo is great. We didn't go orange, because we aren't American, but we did support the ASPCA by buying a digital scrapbooking kit, and we support a lot of local animal charities.
Dear Faith, you look lovely in orange!
Happy ASPCA Day!
Wow Faith Boo, your hairs look like Sloane's! She went orange a while back!!!
You look beautiful in orange too!
Love your Tortie T13!!!
You look nice in Orange, but you are beautiful in your natural colors!
Faith Boo, you're beautiful as is AND all orange!! we love you T13
Oh, I did not know you had to fight off a big Tom Cat. That must have been very scairty! You are very brave. I like your orange picture!
Very very cool. Maybe we should say very very hot... like a big Florida orange! Or the warm sun.
It's YOUR color.
Hi Faith Boo...I am a Tortie also and my name is just plain Boo. I think it is fun that we have almost the same name. My human mommy calls me Kitty because I usually ignore her when she calls me Boo. The first human I knew always called me Kitty so I like that name better. You look really pretty in your orange picture. I have short hair and my human mommy is always brushing me so I stay nice and shiney. It feels soooo good...purrrrrrrr. I don't have any brothers or sisters, but I wish I did. Human mommy said we aren't allowed to have more than one cat in our apartment so I am an only child. I love all the attention I get though, my human mommy loves me so very much. Her and I are BFF. We are the "girls" of the house. I love my human daddy also, he loves me very much also. I am a lucky kitty.
It was nice meeting you, I don't have a blog just yet, but I will soon, then you can come and visit me. My human mommy has pictures of me on her blog if you want to see me.
Meowy Hugs,
Boo
You're pwetty Faith! And you still wook pwetty in owange! How wonderful it is you boomewanged back to your beans!
Hi Faith Boo - My name is S'more and I am a Tortie, too! :) My Mommy adopted me from the vet's office. I had been sitting there for a really long time and no one wanted me :( One lady adopted me, but then she brought me back - she said I burped! Well, then my Mommy came along and brought me home and things have been wonderful ever since! :)
You look very pretty in orange - our Mommy wore orange to work today in support of the ASPCA :)
Have a great day - it was fun to learn more about you!
Your Momma cat was a very smart cat you know.
I love both pictures, orange AND original. You are gorgeous, Miss Boo!

Only a tortie would be able to fight off a big tom as a mere kit! Way to show your tortie 'tude, Faith!
~Holly and Ivy
Sweetheart we are so glad you boomeranged back!
Faith-Boo, you are the beautifullest orange tortie I know! That's so scary a big dog tried to eat you. We have a lot in common because a big raccoon tried to eat me when I was one day old!

Don't worry, they are happy ones for you, sweetie!

I didn't know about Faith-Boo fighting off the tomcat until my neighbor, Margaret (Tazz's mom) told me about it. She said it was just amazing -- and frightening -- to see this tiny kitten, maybe 4 weeks old, holding back a huge full grown cat. She said Faith was clawing like crazy and hissing. She threw something at the tom cat and ran him off and tried to catch Faith, but Faith ran and hid.
