Wednesday

Sol and Tazz sneak a kiss on Sunday (before Auntie Deb left).

Tazz is sick. The vet discovered some kind of growth in her mouth during her grooming yesterday. It is most likely benign, but is causing Tazz to be in pain and unable to eat. We have a vet appointment at 9 a.m. The vet at the groomers said if the growth is removed, Tazz could easily live several more years.

Mom Margaret is not taking this well. She is a widow and has spent almost all her savings fighting pancreatic cancer. Auntie Deb and I are going to post some really cool items to raise money to pay for Tazzie's expenses.

We received some awards recently and I would like to say thanks.

The Hotties passed this cool award on from Derby and
handsome Hansel passed it on from Asta:
"This blog invests and believes the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight kitties who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award."

What a special award this is. Thank you so much. We pass it on to:
The [FIVE] Taylor CatSSSSS
Casper
Brandi
Little CatZee
Katnippia (all 7 cats!)
Beau

Sweet Brandi passed this beautiful award along to us from the kitties at Orange, Striped and Proud.
"LOVE YA" award winner... These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.

The Furry Kids: Titus, Tazo & Earl Grey
Whiskers & Purrs
Willow
Jack & Persephone
Loa's Cats
Grr, Midnight & Cocoa

Thank you so much for the awards, for all the purrs and purrayers, and for just being there.

pee ess: Tonight, Faith Boomerang played with her Star Chaser for the first time since her LadyGarden-ectomy!

There's a 99.9% chance with surgery Tazz will live a few more happy years. The odds are very good in her favor.
The danger of not having surgery are that she cannot eat and has lost weight... from 14 pounds down to 8 pounds. I've been syringe feeding her the past few weeks, just thinking she had a bad tooth.
Thanks for your concern.
Everyone, send purrs.

Purrrrrrrrr! Thank you so much! We're sorry our annoying Lady has kept us off the 'puter the last couple days, otherwise we would have been here much sooner. She says thank you for the manual - it arrived yesterday.

We're gonna trade in some Freshstep PawPoints for some prizes. Maybe we can help Tazz too.
