Wednesday

Charlie goes to see the vet this morning at 10:30 a.m.
I hope she will see some improvement in him, from weight gain on to decreasing fluids in his lungs.
Will post news and photos as soon as I get home.

*******
Charlie lost one ounce of weight. Nothing bad, but I hoped he had gained.
He had more lung x-rays and either it was the same -- no worse! -- or there was a small amount of improvement.
So we had all his meds refilled.
His fur is filling out and he is more playful, so that's good. We'll just wait and see.
I took a photo with my cell phone (my camera battery is charging), but so far haven't received the email, will post when (and if) I get it.
All in all, it was good news.
And, thanks to everyone who contributed, the vet bill is fully paid.
Charlie did have fun seeing all of his friends at Houston Cat Hospital, he made quite a few during his lengthy stay there.
Thanks for all the purrs and purrayers, they are working!

Margaret is home, resting not-quite-comfortably after day surgery to repair two hernias. She is joking and taking her pain pills and said she will feel better tomorrow.

We hope Auntie Deb feels better, she has had a stomach flu since the weekend.

Casper's DaughterBean had her last chemo Monday and is doing very well.

Hope you get a good report from the vet Charlie. Sol, so sorry to hear that you were sick, glad to hear you are getting better.

It was great news that Margaret is cancer free. How we pray she stays that way. May God be with her as she has her surgery.

Oh, pretty Missy Blue Eyes, Hi.

Love,
Casper

You only have to look at his beautiful little face to tell he's better. Medicine can do so much - it's the love and touch that are making the difference now. Bless you Both!

I'm sorry that Charlie lost an ounce, but the rest of the news is good. I hope and pray that the medicine will help him a lot.

Pity about losing an ounce, but it seems like he's pretty happy hanging out with you guys, and the rest isn't any worse. We'll keep purring for the little guy, to help his medicines work better,
