Missing Our Friends

KC and I wanted to post tribute to all the sweet kitties who ran off to the Rainbow Bridge. We's been so busy on the CB, we're just now getting to our blog.

The first to leave was a tiny newbie, just rescued, with a bright life ahead,
Wintergreen.
Then we lost two legends, two cornerstones of the Cat Blogosphere,
Fat Eric and Luxor,
followed by a good friend who left way too soon,
Molly.

KC and I will use a quote from one of our friends, the one we use
for the header of the Purrs and Purrayers bloggie:

The loss of a furry does leave a hole in your heart.
We all know this because we have all been through it, sometimes multiple times.
So whenever there is a loss, we all feel the pain
.

Rest well, sweet friends.

Beautiful tribute...and touching quote because it is so true. Part of us goes with each one of them but also part of them stays inside each one of us.
