Whoa, that plant has seriously old origins! I can tell KC and Sol are concentrating on their purring right now. I think we all are, with so many kitties that need healing right now!
Fortunately, there are three pots of wheat and oat grass on the counter beside them.
They do look like they are considering if ivy is edible.

Hey kids, Momma ML seems to be growing a few pretty pots of Pothos, there! Beware, it's also known as "Devil's Ivy"! Put the bitey on that and you'll likely get a tummy ache!
QM likes pothos, and jade plants and ficus trees...but in spite of being a floral designer, can't keep a plant alive!

No, no, no, this is *NOT* Devil's Ivy. It is special, it is Angel's Ivy. It belonged to my sister, Carol, and she hated the given name.
She had it in a pot beside her when she died, and I have managed to keep it all these years.
Over the years, I have given away hundreds of pots of it, always carefully explaining that it is Angel's Ivy.
Those two sure look guilty about something, don't they!
Makes you really wonder.

She had a strange sense of humor.
