I gots put in the PTU! I have been having the sneezels, runny nose and feeling yucky. So mine Mommy, Daddy and Auntie Deb taked me to see Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith and Jessie (her assistant) examined me. Dr. Smith said that I was so beautiful. Her said that mine fur was lovely and that I was purrfect. I weigh 11 pounds. Dr. Smith loves mine golden paw! She said that there must be anofur cat out there with three golden paws since I gots the other one! Hee Hee. I luvs Dr. Smith!
I was so very good fur the doctor! I had to get TWO SHOTS! I gots an upper respiratory infection. I gots an Auntie Biotic shot and a Benadryl shot. I was furry brave! I gots a mani/pedi too! Mommy gots medicine to bringed home for me and for my brofurs and sisfurs since I probably am contagious.
Here I am! Home again! I am feeling furry much better. I gots lots of treats for being such a brave girl! Course I'm brave!

That was quite an ordeal, KC! But you came through it with flying colors and treats! I am glad you are feeling better - that means you don't have to go back any time soon, right?
We hope you feel better now, KC!
Tell your mom that Lysine in your canned food (if you eat canned) is great for alleviating the symptoms of colds -- it's an amino acid that binds to the virus molecules and lessens the duration and severity of the symptoms. Humans take it too!
wow! we are proud that you are so brave--it sure made yer vettie visit much less traumatic than ours usually are!! hope you are all mo' bettah soon!
You were good? No wonder you got treats. Get well now.
KC we are glad you are feeling better!! And purr for a quick recovery for you!!
((((((HUGGGGGGSSSS))))) from your TX furiends,
Miss KC, you were very good and brave at the vet! We're good, too - we found it goes much smoother if you ARE good. When they had to gas my troll brother to do anything to him, it would take ages since they had to make him wake up. So we just let them do what they want and run back to our PTU!
We hope you're feeling tons better soon and that your sibs don't get sick, too.
Your friend, Fuzzy
KC, we agree.....you are beautiful!!!!!!!
What a bummer that you had to visit the vet, but it looks like they treated you fairly well........except for the shots, but we're sure they will have you well on your way to recovery really soon. In the meantime, please know that we are purraying for you and for the rest of the Sherwood Bunch (that none of them will catch it).
Love to ALL of you.
