All of a sudden, after months and months and months, the rain started!
Then came the high winds and loud thunder.
Sol even stopped munching kitty grass to watch.
You can barely see across the street.

Missy turned around to look, then moved to the bed and fell asleep.
Sol followed her and also fell asleep.
Boomerang watching the rain... she didn't want to get too close to the window!
BJ listened to the wind and loud thunder!
We lost and regained power over a dozen times.

Smokey watched the rain and lightning from a safe distance.
Saturday the temps will be below 90F!!!
We are all so excited about the cool fall weather!

Praise GOD for Texas rain finally....it has been a dreadful summer for you. My friend's home burned down and she lost 12 kitties...please God let the rain come more often...

We are glad you have got your rain at last and the temperatures have dropped a bit. We nearly got to 80 yesterday which is the hottest it has been all year for us. We haven't even had any rain for 3 days which must be a record. We must have sent it to you.

"Rain Finally"? This was about our first day WITHOUT rain in over a Big Moon! We need ta werk out some kinna trade... There are MUSHROOMS growing in the lawn!
We're so glad you finally got some rain. It finally ended here. In August & September we had over 23 inches! They are afraid of the environmental impact and think it will cause dead zones in the Chesapeake Bay. We would have gladly shared the rain with you!
