Oh, no! Now KC has to fins a whole new hidey hole!
Behind the water heater! She may not want to hide up there when mom is using the hot water inside. She might get burned.
Well, she is not going up there anymore.
I never thought she could to the top of it, the ceiling is so high, but don't underestimate a Tortie, or any determined feline.
She is forever locked out of the water heater closet.
But I nearly fainted when I looked up and saw her peering over the pipes. Got the camera and waited till she took another look. She is so busted.

And she was probably so pleased with herself that she had kept it secret for so long. Now she'll have to find somewhere else to keep you guessing.

We recognized the water heater as soon as we saw the pic. Because we sneak up there whenever we can in the winter and Jan chases us. She can't lock us away from it -- haha! In this old house, it sits right next to the fridge.
